2. Business data sources

GSTIN, PAN, business names, addresses, and other business details are sourced from public government records or user submissions. We do not independently verify every record. These details may be outdated, incomplete, or contain errors.

3. User content is not verified

Red flags, comments, replies, and other user-generated content are the opinions of the users who post them. They are not verified, endorsed, or approved by Dhandacheck. We do not guarantee that any user claim is true, fair, or accurate.

3.1 Red flags

Every commenter is verified — their GSTIN or PAN is real and OTP-confirmed. But their opinion is not: red flags are first-hand, unverified claims, not audited facts. A verified person is not a verified claim. Unlocking one red flag costs 30 credits. You can buy credits, or earn them free: you get 1 credit for every red flag you post — 2 credits if you're the first to report a business (replies don't earn credits). Verified owners of the reported business see reporter identities for free.

3.2 Green flags

Green flags are positive vouches from verified businesses. They are visible only to GST/PAN-verified users and earn no credits — they exist to balance the record, not to be sold.

3.3 Credits & contact reveals

Viewing a business's contact details costs 2 credits per business (one-time per viewer). Credits are non-refundable once spent, including when a red flag, court search, or contact reveal returns no additional information.

4. No warranties

The service and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhandacheck and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dhandacheck or its content.

6. Third-party links and services

Dhandacheck may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as Razorpay for payments). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those third parties.
